Septemberfest is back!

Save the dates for September 18 and 19! This year’s Committee consists of Kyle & Tara Bain Gertz, Kris & Desi Ralston, Rick & Michelle Ellison, Jimmy & Karie Gallo, Kevin & MaryAnn Mattscheck and Jason Rader.  This is an extraordinary year for our Community as our two local parishes join into one. The continued support from all of you is what helps us keep this tradition alive! Our festival is not simply a fundraiser for our churches as we grow into one, but also a very important part of the community. It is about bringing people from all walks of life together to celebrate all that is great in our parish and our city. With your support, we hope to use this event to give back what 2020 has taken from so many and continue making Septemberfest better each year! Sponsorship levels will be announced soon. Festival Hours: 12pm – 8pm

Events:

  • Chicken Dinner by The Kroeger Family, 11:30am – 6:30pm, while supplies last
  • SPPA Dance Team, 12:30pm
  • Dejavu, 4pm – 8pm

SEPTEMBERFEST SOCIAL!

Join us after 10:30am mass on Sunday, August 29th in the school cafeteria for donuts and juice. Committee members will be available to answer questions, register volunteers, hand out yard signs/major awards tickets, etc. Booth chairs, volunteers, and anyone else who would like to join are welcome. We hope to see everyone there!

 

Septemberfest Announcements:

  • Committee members will continue to be available after mass throughout the month of August to distribute major awards tickets and yard signs. Look for them outside of church.
  • Sponsorships and volunteer opportunities are still available. Please contact Tara at 513.218-0005.
  • Ducks are available for purchase for $25 each, while supplies last. Please contact Desi at 513. 207.0895.
  • Gift cards are requested for the Dinner on Us booth. If you would like to contribute, please feel free to drop in the offering at Mass in an envelope marked Septemberfest.
  • Donations are being accepted for the Signed, Sealed Raffled booth. New items such as household appliances, awn & garden equipment, electronics, fashion accessories, etc. are welcomed. Handcrafted items have also been popular in the past. Please contact Karie at 513. 317.6466 for more information.
  • Registration for the Texas Hold’em Tournament can be made in advance by contacting Patrick at 513.376.2501.
